A small, familiar care team
We match support workers by considering preferences, personality, communication, support needs and shared interests. Wherever possible, we introduce the proposed carer before care begins and welcome your feedback.
A small, family-run team in Altrincham. One carer matched to one family, and the truth about what we can do.
About us

“We would rather turn work away than take on more than we can do properly.”
Daina and Bejoy, founders
Why families choose us
We match support workers by considering preferences, personality, communication, support needs and shared interests. Wherever possible, we introduce the proposed carer before care begins and welcome your feedback.
Our minimum visit is one hour, giving carers enough time to provide support without making the person feel rushed.
The care plan is written with the person receiving support. With their consent, family members, advocates and professionals can also be involved, and we review it regularly rather than only when something goes wrong.
During office hours, calls are handled by our local team in Altrincham. If we miss your call, we will respond as soon as possible.

How we work
A phone call or a form. We listen, and we tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. There is no charge and no obligation at this stage.
Free, no obligation, in the home. We look at the needs, the risks, the stairs and the routine. The person can choose whether they would like family members, an advocate or another representative to attend.
We write the care plan with the person and, with their consent, involve their family or representatives. Then you get it in writing, with a costed quotation. We do not publish prices because we do not know your needs yet.
We consider preferences, personality, communication, support needs and shared interests. Wherever possible, we introduce the proposed carer before care begins and welcome your feedback.
We check in during the first week, because the first week is when small things need fixing.
Needs change. The plan changes with them, and you always know who to call when something is not right.
We come to the house, we take an hour or so, and you get a written quotation afterwards. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
Testimonials
We are a young company and we would rather show you nothing than something we wrote ourselves. When the families we look after leave us a review, and tell us we may publish it, it will appear here in their own words. If we have cared for someone you love, we would be glad to hear how it went — good or otherwise.
For social workers, commissioners and discharge teams
We take referrals from local authorities, ICBs, hospital discharge teams, case managers and solicitors. You get a named contact, a written response and a costed proposal on a timetable you can plan around.
We do not publish rates, because a price quoted before we have met you is a guess. After the free assessment you get a written quotation covering exactly what is included. There is no charge and no obligation up to that point.
