We had already done this at home, for someone we love
True Care 247 is family run. Before True Care 247 existed, we spent more than twenty years caring at home for our son. That experience showed us how much familiar faces, reliable support and genuine kindness matter to a family.
Our story
We started this because we had been the family on the other side of it
Daina brings 28 years of nursing experience across hospitals, care homes and community settings. Bejoy’s experience in care recruitment taught him that good care starts with finding the right people — carers who are kind, dependable and genuinely committed to those they support.
Alongside all of that, we cared at home for our son, who has complex needs. Two decades of it. We know what a good carer at the door feels like, and we know what it feels like when nobody turns up, or when the person who does has never met you before.
We started True Care 247 to give every person and family the same dependable, compassionate and personal care we would want for someone we love. It is also why we would rather turn work away than take on more than we can do properly — we have been the family waiting for the visit.
As parents, we know how hard it can be to place someone you love in another person’s care. We understand the worry, the questions and the trust it takes to welcome a carer into your home. That is why we look beyond a list of tasks. We listen, notice the little things that matter and care for each person with the same kindness, patience and respect we would want for our own family.

Daina has 28 years of nursing experience and understands care from both a professional and family perspective. She leads our care planning and remains personally involved in assessments and service quality.
Bejoy supports the daily running of True Care 247, including recruitment and service development. His experience as a parent and in care recruitment shapes the company’s commitment to familiar carers and dependable support.

Six things we will not trade away
Every care company has values on a page. These are ours, written as things you could hold us to rather than words you could not disagree with.
We say what we can and cannot do
Turning work down is part of running this properly. If we cannot staff something safely, or you would be better served elsewhere, we will tell you and point you somewhere else.
An hour is our minimum
Our minimum visit is one hour, giving carers enough time to provide support without making the person feel rushed.
Carers are valued and supported
We value our carers, provide ongoing training and support them to build lasting relationships with the people they visit.
We do not publish prices
Not because we are hiding them — because a price quoted before we have met you is a guess. You get a written quotation after a free assessment, and no obligation.
The plan is written with you
The care plan is written with the person receiving support. With their consent, family members, advocates and professionals can also be involved. It should describe what the person can still do, not only what they cannot.
Speak to our local team
During office hours, calls are handled by our local team in Altrincham. If we miss your call, we will respond as soon as possible.
Regulation
Registered with the Care Quality Commission
True Care 247 is registered with the CQC to provide regulated care. We have not yet received our first inspection or rating.

We are also a member of the Homecare Association and an approved Warrington Council framework provider, awarded Lots 1 and 2 for outreach, autism support, personal care and complex care.
