Learn moreAround the clock
When visits are no longer enough and someone needs to be there.
A carefully matched carer lives in the home and provides agreed daily support, companionship and reassurance. Usually less disruptive, and often less costly, than a care home.
This may be right for you if…Someone who needs presence rather than visits, and who does not want to move.
Learn moreSleeping nights for reassurance, or waking nights for hands-on support through until morning.
This may be right for you if…Families who are exhausted, and anyone whose difficult hours are the small ones.

How we work
A phone call or a form. We listen, and we tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. There is no charge and no obligation at this stage.
Free, no obligation, in the home. We look at the needs, the risks, the stairs and the routine. The person can choose whether they would like family members, an advocate or another representative to attend.
We write the care plan with the person and, with their consent, involve their family or representatives. Then you get it in writing, with a costed quotation. We do not publish prices because we do not know your needs yet.
We consider preferences, personality, communication, support needs and shared interests. Wherever possible, we introduce the proposed carer before care begins and welcome your feedback.
We check in during the first week, because the first week is when small things need fixing.
Needs change. The plan changes with them, and you always know who to call when something is not right.

Most people are not, and that is what the free assessment is for. Tell us what support is needed and we will tell you honestly what would help. We aim to provide a small and consistent care team rather than a different face each time.
